Located just 40 miles north of New Orleans across Lake Pontchartrain, Covington serves as the parish seat of St. Tammany Parish—one of the fastest-growing regions in the state. Since 2000, the primary market area has experienced population growth of 49%. The 6.7-acre development site was strategically positioned near the intersection of Interstate 12 and Highway 190, benefiting from exceptional visibility and access with over 60,000 vehicles per day on each corridor.

The community consists of 82 total units, including 48 Assisted Living, 18 Frail Independent, and 16 Memory Care residences. The project was designed to meet a wide spectrum of senior needs, combining quality care with a strong amenity offering.

Construction began in June 2018, and the first residents were welcomed in February 2020. Covington Senior Living remains under our ownership and continues to operate at an exceptionally high level, with occupancy rates consistently near 100%. The project has proven to be both a stable performer and a valued resource within the local community.
