Salado Lakeview Estates TX

Following an in-depth market analysis, we identified a unique gap in the Salado, Killeen, Fort Hood, and Harker Heights area. While the region was experiencing significant growth—characterized by a mix of very affordable and high-end housing—there was a noticeable absence of mid-range housing options. Further studies revealed that while many residents worked in Killeen, Harker Heights, and Fort Hood, a strong preference existed for living in Salado due to its award-winning school district.

Investcor secured a prime 23-acre lakefront parcel on Stillhouse Lake with highly advantageous attributes. The site offered the closest proximity to Killeen, Harker Heights, and Fort Hood while still falling within the desirable Salado Independent School District. Additionally, because the property is located just outside Salado’s city limits, it benefits from a lower property tax rate of 1.84%, compared to 2.46% within the city—providing homebuyers with significantly greater purchasing power.

The master-planned community includes 53 residential lots. Approximately half were sold to end-buyers and builders, while the remaining lots were self-developed by Investcor with thoughtfully designed single-family homes. Salado Lakeview filled a critical housing need in a growing corridor and delivered a compelling value proposition to residents and investors alike.
