In 2020, Pflugerville was among the fastest-growing suburbs in Texas. Recognizing its strong growth trajectory, we secured a well-located 11-acre site at exceptional value. Extensive planning and entitlement efforts were required to bring the site to a shovel-ready state.

Pflugerville Senior Living consists of 90 total units, including 66 Assisted Living and 24 Memory Care residences. The project was designed with an emphasis on delivering a robust amenity package and fostering an activity-rich, community-driven lifestyle—offered to residents at an accessible price point.

Construction began in July 2021, and despite significant challenges—including COVID-related supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, and cost volatility—we completed the project with a minimal delay in schedule and only slight cost overruns. We welcomed our first residents in July 2023. Successfully delivering this project under such conditions further demonstrates our team's resilience, problem-solving capabilities, and proven track record in executing complex developments.
