Investcor was able to secure a phenomenal site located at the north main entrance of Encanterra, a private 55+ luxury resort community located in Queen Creek AZ with a total of 2,400 homes. The site is also convenient located less than 1 mile from the new Banner Ironwood Regional Hospital. The third party market feasibility study for this site came back fully approved and displayed strong market demand. This project is under development and will start construction in August 2026 and should be complete in and open in January of 2028.
