Our research and market analysis identified Sparks, Nevada as an ideal location for new senior housing development. After an extensive site selection process, we secured a premier parcel within the heart of Kiley Ranch—a 675-acre master-planned community that features two schools, a hospital, an office park, a village center, retail, multifamily housing, and more than 5,500 single-family homes.

Kiley Ranch Senior Living includes 90 units, comprised of 66 Assisted Living and 24 Memory Care residences. The community was thoughtfully designed to offer a high-quality amenity package and foster an activity-driven, socially connected environment—delivered at an exceptional value to residents.

We broke ground in September 2020. Despite the challenges of building during the COVID-19 pandemic—including supply chain constraints, labor shortages, and material cost increases—we successfully completed the project with only a modest delay. We welcomed our first residents in November 2022. Delivering this project under such conditions highlights our team's ability to adapt, problem-solve, and execute through uncertainty.
